REIKI CLASSES
IN-PERSON REIKI
Join me in my healing space for a deeply restorative Reiki session designed to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself. Using light touch or no touch, I channel Reiki energy to support deep relaxation, replenish your energy, and help you return to a greater sense of balance.
Each session offers space to simply rest and receive, allowing you to reconnect with your own intuition and inner wisdom and leave feeling restored, grounded, and more like yourself.

DISTANCE REIKI
If location, time, or circumstances make an in-person session difficult, distance Reiki offers another way to receive Reiki from the comfort of your own space.
During a distance session, you can settle in somewhere quiet and comfortable while I send Reiki to you remotely. Just like my in-person sessions, the focus is on creating space for deep relaxation, restoration, and reconnection - allowing you to slow down, replenish your energy, and return to a greater sense of balance.

REIKI CLASSES
Anyone can learn Reiki. You don't need previous experience with energy work or a special ability - only an openness to learning and working with Reiki. Each level builds on the one before it, deepening your connection to the energy, your intuition, and your own Reiki practice.
Classes are kept small and personal, with plenty of space for learning, discussion, and hands-on practice. Each class includes a comprehensive manual, guided meditation, and Reiki attunement ceremony.
Level 1 - Foundations of Reiki
Begin your Reiki journey by learning the history and foundations of Reiki, how to work with energy, and how to give Reiki to yourself, loved ones, and pets. A guided meditation prepares you for your Level 1 attunement and supports your connection to your higher self.
$200
Level 2 - Reiki Practitioner
Deepen your Reiki practice and learn to confidently offer Reiki to others. Level 2 introduces the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, and expanded treatment techniques, along with the practical foundations of working as a Reiki practitioner. A guided meditation activates your expanded 12-chakra system in preparation for your Level 2 attunement.
$300
Level 3 - Reiki Master
The Master level is an invitation to deepen your relationship with Reiki and bring its principles more fully into your everyday life. Explore advanced Reiki practices and Master-level symbols while strengthening your ability to hold and channel Reiki energy. This two-day class is less about doing more and more about becoming - allowing Reiki to become a deeper part of who you are and how you move through the world.
